PokerFolio ("the app," "we," "our") is a poker session, hand-tracking, and analysis app. This page explains what data the app collects, how it's stored, and who it's shared with.
Everything you enter into PokerFolio — sessions, hands, buy-ins/cash-outs, locations, opponent notes, bankroll settings, and app preferences — is stored locally on your device in a local database. It is never transmitted to us. If you use the CSV import or export feature, that file is read from or written to your device only, via your device's own file/share system.
Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and processed by Apple — we never see or store your payment card details. To manage entitlements (i.e., know whether you're a Premium subscriber), we use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier and purchase/subscription events (product purchased, renewal, cancellation). If you enter a promo/referral code at checkout, that code is attached to your subscriber record so we can attribute the subscription to the referring partner and calculate their revenue share — the code itself contains no personal information.
The in-app "Contact Us" feature opens your device's own mail app with a pre-filled message — it sends directly from your email address to ours through your own mail provider. We don't operate a server that intercepts or stores this message separately.
We do not use advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting tools that track you. No data is sold to third parties.
Since your poker data lives on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. Within the app, Settings also has an "Export Data" option (save a copy before deleting anything) and a "Clear All Data" option (permanently erase all sessions, hands, locations, and opponent notes without uninstalling).
PokerFolio is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
